Considering the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. In fact, the products cannot be returned or
exchanged only if they were received damaged.
The 30-day period applies to requesting a replacement in the case of a damaged or defective received merchandise. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For any return or claim, for example, if you notice a breakdown or any problem with the goods at the receipt of the goods, please let us know as soon as possible using one of the following means:

Delivery and handling costs are non-refundable. Only the price of the item, including taxes, is refundable.
In the case of an exchange, the price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.
We take no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage sustained during a return of goods.
Refunds or exchanges (if applicable)
In the case of a refund request and if your application is approved and a refund is granted to you, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within 5 days.
If it is an exchange, the replacement item will be sent to you within 5 days.
Shipping To return a product, you must mail it back.
It will be up to you to pay your own shipping fee to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $50, you should consider
use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item that you return to us.
It is not possible to cancel your order once the transaction is completed. You will therefore need to return it to get a refund (in case it is a product eligible for a refund).
